ShiftMap is developed by Yulian Pavlov (sole proprietor, INN 634504449550). This Policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: when signing in via Telegram — Telegram ID, name, username. When signing in via Apple — Apple ID, email (if provided), name.
• Schedule data: your work schedules, vacations, overtime, and locations — everything you enter in the app.
• Technical data: time zone, notification settings, app language.

2. How We Use Data

• To provide core functionality: displaying schedules, shift reminders, generating share links.
• For authentication and authorization.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data, except:

• Apple — when using Sign in with Apple (we only receive an authorization token).

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on a secure server. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the service.

5. Your Rights

• Request deletion of all data: [email protected].
• Delete schedules, vacations, and links within the app.

6. Security

All requests are transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS). Authentication uses cryptographically signed tokens.
